1、 Seashore zirconium gravity separation process flow
The process flow of seaside zirconium gravity separation mainly includes the following steps:
1. Pre treatment of seaside zirconia: Polish and clean the original seaside zirconia to remove surface dirt and oxide layer for subsequent treatment.
2. Seashore zirconium dissolution: Place the pre-treated seaside zirconium sample in an acidic solution to dissolve it.
3. Seashore zirconium precipitation: By adjusting the pH and temperature of the solution, impurities in the seaside zirconium are precipitated.
4. Resolution of Seashore Zirconium: Dissolve the precipitated Seashore Zirconium sample again for subsequent processing.
5. Seashore zirconium separation: Impurities in seaside zirconium are separated through methods such as ion exchange and extraction.
6. Sedimentation of Seashore Zirconium Again: Sedimentate the separated Seashore Zirconium sample to remove residual impurities.
7. Dissolution of Seashore Zirconium: Dissolve the precipitated Seashore Zirconium sample again for subsequent processing.
8. Purification of Seashore Zirconium: Purification of Seashore Zirconium is carried out through methods such as electrolysis and chemical reduction.
9. Seashore zirconium crystallization: Crystallize the purified seaside zirconium sample to obtain the final product.
II. Operation Steps
1. Pre treatment of seaside zirconia: Polish and clean the original seaside zirconia sample to remove surface dirt and oxide layer. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Place the beach zirconium sample in deionized water and clean it with ultrasound for 10 minutes.
(2) Place the sample in an acidic solution and clean with ultrasound for 10 minutes.
(3) Take out the sample and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(4) Dry the sample and set it aside.
2. Seashore zirconium dissolution: Place the pre-treated seaside zirconium sample in an acidic solution to dissolve it. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Place the sample in an acidic solution and heat it to 70 ℃.
(2) Completely dissolve the sample while stirring.
(3) Filter the solution to remove residual solid impurities.
(4) Cool the solution to room temperature and set aside.
3. Seashore zirconium precipitation: By adjusting the pH and temperature of the solution, impurities in the seaside zirconium are precipitated. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Adjust the pH value of the solution to 3-4.
(2) Heat the solution to 90 ℃ and hold for 5 minutes.
(3) Cool the solution to room temperature and let it stand for 2 hours.
(4) Filter the sediment and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(5) Dry the sediment and set it aside.
4. Resolution of Seashore Zirconium: Dissolve the precipitated Seashore Zirconium sample again for subsequent processing. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Place the sediment in deionized water and clean with ultrasound for 10 minutes.
(2) Place the sediment in an acidic solution and clean with ultrasound for 10 minutes.
(3) Take out the sample and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(4) Dry the sample and set it aside.
5. Seashore zirconium separation: Impurities in seaside zirconium are separated through methods such as ion exchange and extraction. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Dissolve the sample in deionized water and add ion exchange resin.
(2) Under stirring, impurities in the sample are adsorbed onto the resin.
(3) Filter the resin and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(4) Dry the resin and set it aside.
6. Sedimentation of Seashore Zirconium Again: Sedimentate the separated Seashore Zirconium sample to remove residual impurities. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Dissolve the sample in deionized water and add a precipitant.
(2) Under stirring, the impurities in the sample react with the precipitant.
(3) Filter the sediment and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(4) Dry the sediment and set it aside.
7. Dissolution of Seashore Zirconium: Dissolve the precipitated Seashore Zirconium sample again for subsequent processing. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Place the sediment in deionized water and clean with ultrasound for 10 minutes.
(2) Place the sediment in an acidic solution and clean with ultrasound for 10 minutes.
(3) Take out the sample and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(4) Dry the sample and set it aside.
8. Purification of Seashore Zirconium: Purification of Seashore Zirconium is carried out through methods such as electrolysis and chemical reduction. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Dissolve the sample in deionized water and add a reducing agent.
(2) Under stirring, the impurities in the sample react with the reducing agent.
(3) Filter the sample and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(4) Dry the sample and set it aside.
9. Seashore zirconium crystallization: Crystallize the purified seaside zirconium sample to obtain the final product. The specific operation steps are as follows:
(1) Dissolve the sample in deionized water and add a crystallization agent.
(2) Crystallize the sample while stirring.
(3) Filter the sample and clean it 3 times with deionized water for 10 minutes each time.
(4) Dry the sample to obtain the final product.
